Rising Fitness Review welcomes considered pitches about recreational fitness: movement skills, training formats, equipment, habits and fitness culture. A strong proposal explains one useful idea clearly and stays within the limits of general editorial information.
What to pitch
We are interested in specific, evergreen subjects that help readers understand a choice, compare approaches, recognise a common assumption or see how an exercise idea developed. A pitch should have one main question and a distinct angle, rather than trying to cover fitness as a whole.
What makes a useful proposal
State the working title, central point, intended reader and the sections or examples you would use to explain it. Say what the piece adds beyond familiar advice. Keep claims proportionate, identify where uncertainty matters and avoid promises about performance, health outcomes or individual results.
How to send it
Send proposals through the Contact page and choose the editorial question option. Include a concise outline and any relevant background about the proposed subject. Do not send confidential personal information or assume that a proposal has been accepted until we respond.
Movement is a choice worth understanding
We look at the purpose behind a movement, format or piece of kit so readers can make their own informed choices.
