Editorial policy
Rising Fitness Review aims to make fitness topics clear without overstating what a general article can establish. We value accurate wording, visible limits and a clean distinction between editorial work and material created with partners.
Accuracy and care
We check factual statements against suitable information before publication and review wording for claims that sound broader than the support behind them. Explanations should distinguish what a movement, format or product is intended to do from claims about individual outcomes. We do not present general articles as personal medical or training advice.
Independence
Editorial decisions and conclusions are made for readers, not as a condition of a commercial arrangement. A partnership does not guarantee favourable coverage, and commercial material does not determine the subject or conclusion of an independent article.
Corrections
If a reader spots a factual error or a passage that could mislead, they can contact us with the article title and the relevant detail. We review the point and, when a correction is warranted, update the text and make the change clear where appropriate.
Partner material and illustrations
Paid, provided or otherwise partner-supported material is clearly identified at the point of presentation. Illustrations may be AI-generated; when that is the case, the image is labelled accordingly. Images are not evidence that a product was tested or that a depicted exercise was assessed.
Movement is a choice worth understanding
We look at the purpose behind a movement, format or piece of kit so readers can make their own informed choices.
